Discussion Questions
- While reflecting on Chapter 1, think of one discussion question that might enrich our understanding of the novel thus far.
- Write your open-ended question, along with your name on a small strip of paper.
- I will rate your question from one to three.
- A question that rates a three is one that stimulates good conversation, one that reveals something of significance in the text that might have gone unnoticed or one that brings up literary language such as writing style, tone, imagery, motifs, etc.
- Strive for a 3!
